error on NX/simulink Co-simulation

Hi. I got error while trying to do simulation with siemens nx.

I got this....

 === Error Message ======================== 
1. NX/Motion model already open. 
=> Close this NX/Motion model and try again the simulation. 
2. Current directory is different from working directory. 
=> Change the current directory. 
  ==========================================

whats wrong..?? anyone can help me please....>

the path should be NO OTHER words except English words OR the path should be ONLY English words
