Fonts are too small when I use Microsoft Surface Book

When I open my Matlab, the fonts are normal, until I click on Simulink then everything becomes super small. I can not read them. I have changed all the fonts from preferences. However, the control panel on top can no be changed. Also, if I go to Help, the fonts are still too small. Anyone know what should I do? Thank you.
