How to re-scale Filter Visualization tool plot

The plot shows the poles and zeroes at x10^4 on the x and y axis. How can I change to x10^1?

Which MATLAB version are you using? It is easier from R2015b (possibly from R2015a, I would have to recheck. Not R2014b, the feature was not ready then)
