MATLAB 시작시 'MATLAB has encountered an internal problem and needs to close.' 라는 에러가 발생합니다.

Matlab은 2015a를 설치하였고 전 win7 64비트 운영체제를 사용중입니다. 아래와 같은 에러 메시지가 출력되는데요

어떻게 조치해야하는지 가이드 받을 수 있을까요??
