How to get video from a figure consisting of multiple frames

Hello all, I have a figure with multiple frames. I want to plot each frame w.r.t time and want to get video out of it. (i.e 3 frames per second). How can I get this Video? Your answers will really be appreciated. Thanks Regards

You may refer this code....where video is generated from the frames of plot.

Dear KSSV Thanks, but Couldn't understand. It used figure=fh in my case it shows too many output arguments.
