need to know function vol3d in file exchange. how to get the co ordinates of the model also

I guess, that you mean http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/22940-vol3d-v2, right? Did you ask the author already?

When you run the file it gives output as a model. It is a structure. It has got x data and y data. Read the documentation, lines 24 to 26 it is mentioned about the x,y data.
