Debugging slTuner error - finding a mystery time-delay

Hello All,

I am still fairly new to Simulink and I am working on using it for my graduate research. I have been struggling with this and I am reaching out to my resources; I am sure it is simple, if I could find it. I attached an image of the model I am trying to tune. To tune I am using 'Control System Tuning without Stress or Guess'. The tuner is throwing a "Cannot tune control systems with continuous-time delays...", as captured in the attached image. The two PI and PWM blocks are the default, and no delay is in them.

I am asking for help either in locating said delay or what block should the 'pade' function be used on. Converting to discrete is my next step if nothing appears
