R2012b on Windows 10 Java Error

Hi everyone ! I am using R2012b on Windows 10. I was willing to detect the Bluetooth devices around with the function instrhwinfo('Bluetooth') but I got this error :

instrhwinfo('Bluetooth')
Error using instrhwinfo (line 195)
Java exception occurred:
java.lang.NullPointerException
 at
    com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.BluetoothDiscovery.discoverDevices(BluetoothDiscovery.java:448

   at
      com.mathworks.toolbox.instrument.BluetoothDiscovery.hardwareInfo(BluetoothDiscovery.java:247)

Any idea ? When I try the exact same function on Windows 7 I get the info I want.

If I remember correctly, only R2015a and later versions are supported on Windows 10.

Do not install Windows 10 on your Windows 7 computer!

Yes I know but yet my other codes/programs are well working on this version of Matlab with Windows 10

(Don't worry, I won't install W10 on my W7 computer !)

It’s probably time to Contact Support.

I still have Win 7 running on my 2009 HP laptop (originally came with Vista). No plans to ‘downgrade’ it either!
