I have implemented 'An Image Encryption Technique Based on Rubik Cube Principle'. I complied till %encryption(CODE attached) but not getting decrypted image.

That PDF is low quality, blurry, difficult to read.

Please ask a specific question. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/6200-tutorial-how-to-ask-a-question-on-answers-and-get-a-fast-answer
Please do not expect that people will read the PDF to figure out how the algorithm should work, then read your code to figure out how your code works, then mentally compare the two to figure out what is wrong with your code.
If you had an error message, then we could try to figure out what the most immediate cause of the error message was...
You should be learning how to use the debugger.
