How do i specify the sample time of an Inport block simulink in 'milliseconds' programmatically from Matlab

The default time for a block unit is seconds. How can i change it to milliseconds programmatically ?

You can't change it, and there is no need to do it. If you want a millisecond, just multiply it by 0.001

Okay. I was wondering if I can change the time unit as mentioned http://www.mathworks.com/help/control/ref/chgtimeunit.html
I tried doing it but did not work. As a result i wanted to clarify the same

This is not in Simulink. When you look at Simulink Solver parameter http://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/gui/solver-pane.html , there is nothing about time unit
