Instrument Control Toolbox/Serial Communciation

Serial Configuration Simulink block of the Instrument Control Toolbox returns "Error opening the mask dialog". The toolbox is installed correctly. I get this error message only with Serial Communication blocks. I don't know what causes the issue and how to fix it.
