need help to plot a spectra in circle

i have an 2D array, one exis is direction, and the other is radius. For example, 1 exist have 36 value each equal to 10 degree, and radius from 0 to 10. i dont know how to plot it in circle. thanks.

See pol2cart() or possibly quiver() depending on what you are trying to plot
