How to define a constant velocity of second order system in a limited time in Simulink

Hi all,
I want to simulate a model (Mass, Spring and Damper) which is considered a second order system.
A Mass was applied a constant velocity in a limited time (=1s). After that, a constant velocity was turned off.
How to define a constant velocity of second order system in a limited time in Simulink?
Could you have any suggestions?
