Errors opening support package installer with Matlab 2016a.

I am trying to download the support package "Embedded Coder Support Package for Texas Instruments C2000 Processors". In the Add-On Explorer, I visit the page and hit "Add". I get message 1 (attached PNG). After hitting OK I will get message 2 (attached PNG). Please help.

I'll answer my own question. This occurs when one does not have administrative access for whatever file that was trying to be accessed.

Hi Connor,

Was this a shared MATLAB installation, and you did not have "write" access? Or did you not have both "write" or "read" access to the MATLAB installation area?

What is the error you get when you issue the following MATLAB command?

>> matlabshared.supportpkg.getSupportPackageRoot()
