Hello everyone,
I would like to use digraphs to store and plot fault trees, which are graphical representations of Boolean logic as directed, acyclic graphs (see e.g. NASA's Fault Tree Handbook with Aerospace Applications). Storing the information is simple (thanks, MathWorks!) but getting the plot right causes me trouble.
Instead of normal point forms for nodes, I would like to use a custom uicontrol or an additional axes object for drawing event geometry. Is the plot function flexible enough to let me supply the graphical representation of a node depending on the node's data? And how could that be achieved? The some holds true for edges, only that I would be fine with just replacing the curved connectors with elbow connectors. Does anybody know how that's possible?
Thank you for posting your ideas!
Cheers Alex
