For Professional licenses, you may be able to use https://www.mathworks.com/store -- availability might differ with country.
For Academic licenses, you could also use the above link, but you should probably check with the IT department to see what licenses are already available.
For Student Version licenses, you can also use the above link, but only for MATLAB Coder and Simulink Coder: Embedded Coder is not available for Student Version licenses.
For Home licenses, those products are not available.
