have a C s-function, compiled using LCC, is working fine. but if compiled using visual C++ 2008 express, it crashes

have a C s-function, compiled using LCC, is working fine. but if compiled using visual C++ 2008 express, it crashes. want to understand what causes it crashes. I use matlab 2010a.
