How to access array within array?

Hi, I stored 3 1D arrays within an array.

Q={[11121 5185 8014 11378 4888 4210];[4115 4728 5386 12746 5301 5738];[2442 1188 1212 2648 1862 1948]};

Here I donot know how to access a particular value say 5185.

for your case from eg:

Qdbl = cat(1,Q{:})
out = Qdbl(1,2)
