Undefined function 'trainlssvm' for input arguments of type 'cell'.
Error in sv (line 46)
[alpha(:,i),b(i,1)]=trainlssvm({xt(:,:,i),yt,type,gam,sig2,'RBF_kernel','original'});

Looks like on of the input arguments has an unexpected data format. I suggested trying a code from the doc. Like a demo. If it runs, check the data format of all parameters step-by-step. If the demo does not run, there might be something wrong with your installation. It could be you have multiple 'trainlssvm' on the path. Try
which trainlssvm -all

Addendum: 'trainlssvm' appears to be not a MathWorks function. So you need to debug that function to understand.
