similarity between segmented image and a countour groundtrush

hi everybody I want to calculate the similarity between the segmented image and the ground truth . I have tried using jaccard Index distance function but I think the problem is the ground truth ( I have attached a copy of the ground truth along with the segmented image).

can anyone help to resolve this issue because the ground truth does not specify an exact place rather it specifies the whole candidate region see image below.
