How to implement a equation into a transfer function in Simulink?

Hello,
I've got the following equations:

And

I need to translate these to a Transfer function, where Y is the input (PID controller Kp*e+Ki*...+Kd*de(t)/dt) and vm is the output in speed. pe is the pressure that the pump produces. The subscripts m and f are given for mixture and fluid (water). These equations are based on a model for a centrifugal pump.
Could someone help me with this?
