In what version did Matlab start supporting input type sym in an arrayfun? I am creating a plot and the tick labels are in a symbolic vector (e.g. 1x11 sym). In R2008a, the last line of this code creates error Unsupported ARRAYFUN input type: sym. Now I would like to wrap the code in "if verLessThan".
% The next 4 lines are for Matlab R2008a.
ticklabels=char(paramDisplay(1));
for iParam=2:size(paramDisplay,2)
ticklabels= char(ticklabels, char(paramDisplay(iParam)));
end
% The next 1 line is for Matlab 20015b.
% ticklabels=arrayfun(@char,paramDisplay,'UniformOutput',false);
