MATLAB CODE IMPLEMENTATION IN RASPBERRY PI

I am doing research project in medical image compression. I would like to use raspberry pi for my application.
Can any one help to embed the matlab script code in the raspberry processor.
Whether the script code written in Matlab can be converted into C++ code and run in raspberry pi processor.
