error while generating the VHDL code via system generator-"ERROR:cannot locate c:"

i tried to generate verilog file by using system generator.but the above mentioned error occur orelse the empty netlist file is created without coding. what i need to do to rectify this problem.

System Generator is a 3rd party product owned by Xilinx. You might have a better chance asking Xilinx support.
