I have created a model in simbiology for cocaine-receptor binding in a self-adminstration study. My final goal would be to model the anti-body we use and see its effect on levels of cocaine levels, Receptor levels, etc. I have created an initial model and it works only when I use 1 and 0s. The moment I enter any physiological data (known parameters) or actual data used in the study, the program will not like it and give me simulations that are not correct. I have been getting frustrated for many weeks guessing and checking irrelevant numbers and don't know what to do. Please Help!

You haven't really given us enough information to provide much help. Based on the limited information you've provided, all I can offer is some very general advice on SimBiology:
Read the documentation and look at the examples. Start with a small model that works as expected. Gradually increase the complexity of the model, checking your results along the way. You may also want to look at SimBiology's Equation view of the model and see if the equations look correct.
If you want more specific advice, see if you can give us more details. Here are some questions you can answer that might make it easier for us to help you:
Can you share your model? Can you share the results that "work" when you use 0s and 1s? How can you tell that it "works"? Can you share the results with physiological data? What do you mean by "the program will not like it"? How do you know the simulation results are not correct? What version of MATLAB and SimBiology are you using? Are you using the command line or the desktop?
