How to extract noise from audio file using particle filtering?

Respected Sir, I want extract noise from audio file using particle filtering. But I am unable to give my input file to code provided by Mathworks. Please, suggest me how can I modify it?

Sir, up until now, particle filtering has been used for images noise extraction. I want to use it for audio files (.wav).

That's not Mathworks code - it's from a user. It looks like it operates on a 2-D path of particles, not an image. Anyway, did you try contacting the author for help with it?

There are other noise reduction methods that are specialized for audio files. Why did you settle on this specific one?

Because Sir,other methods deals with gaussian noise only.In my project I want to deal with nongaussian noise as well.I want extract features from background noise to identify environment.
