What are the clustering algorithm suitable to cluster data tables

i have a case study related in this case study , i have a report table which include the result of the most purchased products and are select based on threshold ( most purchased counts > 1000 time) and there are 100 factory , each one produce vary products ,Factory products not limited and some of these product its content may changed and its names also changed based on customers requests .. there is only one thing is limited ... the product content number ( materials that used for product made ) in every week the product content are limited to produce a table based on it .. Marketing team produce this report table every week and i'm attached excel file explain my problem statement , in every week they are select some content and find report table based on these product contents My question : What are the best algorithm which can deal with this role and its result can cluster factories into N clusters with consider in every week there are different product and different values so no. of cluster are not fixed .
