Spatial Transformation on MATLab?

What we are doing is a pilot study with a laser pointer which is set up as a vector and recording the activity onto a map type track via VICON which has 4 makers on it, and uploading that data into MATLab. We have the laser projecting its motion in space in MATLab but not the map that we have with the 4 markers and we are trying out how to get some type of spatial transformation in order to get these trials to show on our uploaded image or 'map' if you will. Attached is the image we want to use and our MATlab code thus far.
