hi all i require the modelling of space vector modulation of 3 level/switch vienna rectifier can anyone suggest me some readings...

Best place to start is Simscape Electrical, PWM Generator (Vienna Rectifier) block. The implementation of this Simulink-based block is open if you have a licence of Simscape Electrical. The Vienna Rectifier Control example can also be useful.
