Creating PSF from known complex motion?

If you know the complex motion of a camera movement from a point source of light in the image, say for example the motion is creating an 'N' shape, can you create a PSF from this data - or even export the cropped point of light to use as the psf. If so how do you work out the numbers to put in the psf?
