I am a student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and need to run Matlab. I paid the $99 and downloaded the program. I need it for my assignments today, however it is showing an error when I try to open the program. The error pop-up is attached.

Call the Mathworks for free installation help, even for student edition. Or try this:
