Hi, I am new to Matlab.I am working on Apriori Algorithm,did anybody have source code for Apriori algorithm in matlab or anyone one can tell me the procedure to develop Apriori in Matlab. I appreciate your help.

Thank you Image Analyst. I went through it 2 days back but I couldn't get any procedure to run and to see the result . am new to Matlab, I need steps which I should follow to run the file.

I haven't run it. Just download it and run it like you'd do any other m-file and see what happens. Again, I haven't run that File Exchange submission so I have no idea.
