Problem when initializing hardware Support Package Installer

I just got prompt "matlab has encountered an internal problem and needs to close ......"

when I Run "Add ons -> Get hardware support package",

I try reinstalling matlab nothing happen, i try disconnect internet ,reconnect again and just the same proble

my pc run r2015a on 32bit
