If you want to use your V0 = (0:1:300) as part of a Simulink system, you could drag a constant block from Simulink library in to your Simulink model and name the value as "V0". In the Matlab base workspace, assign V0 = (0:1:300);
Now run the model and you have a vector coming from your constant block.
Hope it helps
