Reconstruct 3D data from 2D projections

Hi!!
I am a little bit lost... I have 25 projections from x-ray with dimensions 2816*3584 and I have to combine them in order to reconstruct a 3D volume with 45 slices (2816*3584*45).
I am looking at "radon", "iradon", "fanbeam", "ifanbeam"... The projections were created with a fan beam along 25 shots (-25º to 25º). But I don't understand how can I create a 3d volume (with this specific number of slices...)
Does anyone have a clue?
Thank you!!

Hi, I face the same problem. I have a volume data in mat format for MATLAB which is a 3D array (voxel). I can implement it in 3D space. But the problem is generating 1000 projections of this data and then reconstruct them to obtain the final 3D configuration. I recently came back to MATLAB and I do not know how can I do that. May I ask you about your experiences encountering with your problem. It certainly could be a great hint for me. Thank you, meysam.
