Installing Additional Toolbox in MATLAB

I have a university licence for MATLAB and if I am correct, Financial Toolbox is part of that licence. I use Network license to access MATLAB. I am currently using MATLAB 2012b as I never needed anything advanced to update. How do I install and use Financial Toolbox (I do not have original installation file for MATLAB, if that is needed) for MATLAB 2012b? I do not see any such downloads in MATLAB website.
