Can not find classificationLearner app

hello all,
I am using R2012b on windows. I am trying to explore the the classificationLearner app. But I can't find it in my apps tab. I can't find it also in the command prompt by using 'classificationLearner'.
It's saying Undefined function or variable 'classificationLearner'.
How can I know, I have this app? How can I know that I have 'Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox'. If I don't have how can I install it?
