Is anyone else's rbbox drawing in the wrong location?

I am running Matlab 2015A 64 bit on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I'm running it through Parallels on a MacBook Pro Retina.

When I use the rbbox feature, everything works fine as far as code execution goes. The only problem is that the box is being drawn above and to the left of where I actually mouse down and release. It's off by a few inches. This is true regardless of whether or not I have an external monitor connected. I don't have a native PC to test it on.

I've written a really basic GUI with nothing other than its ButtonDownFcn callback established and that callback is only Junk=rbbox. Junk is correct but the box is still being drawn in the wrong place.
