Simulink Subsystem Block Shading

I want to put my Simulink model in a report (as a diagram). First question, is there a better way than just print screening? Maybe Simulink allows you to export your model as pdf?
I noticed that the 'Subsystem' block has some shading by default (it's darker near the bottom of the block). How can I turn this feature off? I just want a plain white block with a black border. For example, look at the 'Add' block, or most other blocks.

My first question can be simply answered by using the 'Print' function:
This also solves the problem with the shading. Jeej
