callback executing when title bar of figure is clicked

I would like to create a callback function which is executed when the user clicks on the figure including the title bar. The standard 'buttondownfcn' is only executed when the user clicks on the figure excluding the title bar. Any help is appreciated. Peter

I have same question, but for just the title bar.
