What are the MATLAB/Simulink tools needed to generate source code for an emulator model?

I would like to create an emulator model that consists of a processor, FPGA, and memory modules. The Gaisler GRLIB IP library will be used for the processor functions. That's a piece that I need to understand. The FPGA uses SystemVerilog. I would then like to generate C/C++ code for the model. I will need to connect these two pieces together. Is MATLAB, Simunk, and Simulink Coder the only tools I will need to accomplish this task?
