White Guassian noises of power 1 dBW in simulink

I want to generate white guassian noise of power 1dBW in simulink, I want to give this as disturbance to my system, I tried with bandlimited white noise,but that is giving discrete values that too switching just 3-4 times in 1 sec, can u please help..
