i am getting error in stateflow -chart

I am getting error in this stateflow chart which i have tried my level best to fix the problem .

the error is related to data discription i think so....

so, i have attached the file .i am kindy asking can anyone solve the problem .

The Symbols Pane helps in creating and managing symbols. To access the Symbols pane, navigate to the Modeling tab and select Design Data -> Symbols Pane. This pane updates in real-time to display any undefined symbols. More information about the Symbols Pane can be found here:

In the attached model, certain symbols appear to be undefined as shown in the below image.

Symbols can be of various types as listed below, so it's important to select the most appropriate type for each symbol.
