R2015a renders low resolution plots on retina disply

Hi I got a problem with low resolution plots when I use the plot() function, the temporary work-around I use is to enlarge the plots so that they seem to be clear at least when exported to pdfs. I wonder if there is a better fix to make the pop-up figures clear? Thanks!
