hi I need a code for "segmentation by quality threshold (QT) algorithm clustering". I searched but I cant find the code...Can you help me? Is there any ready code for this?

I have not heard of it. It's probably some unique algorithm someone invented and published. I suggest you find the original paper and code it up since I don't think it's built in to MATLAB.
