How to find the value of C and gamma parameter in SVM, the dataset we used is wokload dataset for prediction purpose. how to evaluate the affect of different value of parameters.

Hyperparameter tuning can be implemented using bayesian optimization technique. You can refer to the link below which implements bayesian optimization for SVMs.
