Hi,
I want to modify the UAV model in "Transition from Low- to High-Fidelity UAV Models in Three Stages"
However, I'm confused about the variables in the UAV thrust model.
Especially the 'midFidelityUAV.MinThk', 'midFidelityUAV.MinThk' , and 'midFidelityUAV.Tfact'. What does these variables mean? Is there any papers that I can refer to?![](https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/uploaded_files/1644741/image.jpeg)

Another confusion comes from the 'Thrust Available(lbs)'. Is there a specific source for this equation?

You can refer to the engine model described in AUTONOMOUS LANDING SYSTEM FOR A UAV by Mariano I. Lizarraga
