error saving figure as .tiff

Hello, when I try to save a figure with 300 dpi resolution I get the attached error message. Other figures of the same size and resolution contained in another folder are correctly saved as .tiff. Can anyone help me please? Many thanks.

If you are using R2020a or later, try using the exportgraphics function:

fig = gcf;
exportgraphics(fig,'myFigure.tiff','Resolution',300) % .tif also works
