Is the simulink data inspector available in a separate toolbox for replay of data without Simulink?

Is the Simulink Data Inspector available in a separate toolbox available with a base student license?

I have created mldatx and mat files from a Simulink session and want to share with my class for them to explore with Simulink Data Inspector. However, they only have base student licenses.

We could cobble together a tool to explore the data, but the Simulink Data Inspector does a much better job than we could pull together.

when I used an old ID of mine with a Home license using Matlab online, I CAN launch Simulink Data Inspector by clicking on the .mldatx file and importing data by loading the saved .mat file. However my students in their student ID online cannot launch the simulink Data Inspector.

After setting up a separate test student account we found that the Simulink Data Inspector IS available to student userids, if setup using the default MATLAB online parameters.
