Simscape port connection using simulink Matlab

Hello,

so i have this model, and i want to connect the submodel of the capacitor to the model, but I cannot seemed able to do it, anyone knows why?

the ports are PMC ports,

It looks like your model requires PS-SImulink converter - see DOC
